Mar Yola is in a peaceful neighborhood (Lennar Schooner Landing) featuring an outdoor community pool, scenic nature trails, and nearby farms, beaches, and attractions.
This newly built 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers a spacious backyard with a grill, fire pit, games, bikes, and beach chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Inside, you'll find a recreation area designed for both fun and relaxation, featuring a bar, pool table, ping pong, conference/work table, foosball, air hockey, and darts. Whether you're here with family or a work team, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
